What are the benefits of taking a course like this?
The Responsible Serving® course is required to serve alcohol in some states. Some bars or restaurants may also require that you take a course that deals with responsible serving® in order to lower the bar or restaurant's insurance rates. Having this certification will also help you to stand out from other applicants when you apply for a position.

Is this the same certificate I would get from an in-classroom course?
Yes, our course will give you a nationally recognized certification that is comparable to the certification you would receive at a physical school. The benefit of taking the course online is that you can work through the course on your own time and at your own pace.

How do I take the Quizzes/Exams?
The quizzes and exams are all computerized and you can take them from your computer. The software will grade the quizzes for you and show you your results instantly on the screen. Your scores are also recorded in an online database.

What if I fail the test, do I have to pay to take the course again?
No, you can retake the test as many times as you need to to pass the course. There are no additional fees for retaking the exams.

Can I re-use a token for a new employee if the employee I assigned it to did not complete the course?
You may receive a credit if the employee has not logged in to the course. Once the student has logged in, the token is used and you cannot receive a credit. The process is automated, if you delete a token, a new token will be provided in your account if the employee has not logged in.
